Preamble
We, the LOVE community — build an ecosystem that places the human, conscience and truth before profit. This constitution is our promise to ourselves and to the world: every action taken in the name of LOVE must pass the Miro Cerar test — legally clean, ethically clear, publicly verifiable. A word is like a coin: once spoken, it must hold its weight.
Article II
Legal integrity
- Every initiative must pass the Miro Cerar test: legally clean, far from the edge.
- We choose only 🟢 green paths. Never 🟡 or 🔴.
- Legal entity is public: Wise World 2012 Limited, Hong Kong.
- The founder is doxxed: @wisetrader.
Article III
Treasury (Blagajna)
- 30–80% of revenue flows into the treasury — NEVER burned.
- Every transaction is on-chain and publicly verifiable.
- Every disbursement requires a public memo ("proof of being correct").
- The treasury holds veto power over any proposal that threatens long-term solvency.
Article IV
Governance (LOVA voting)
- 1 LOVE = 1 vote, capped: no single address may exceed 5% of voting power.
- Every member may delegate their vote to a trusted person (DRep model).
- Decisions with >10% total votes are binding after a 7-day public review.
- The Founders' Circle holds veto power only over proposals breaching Articles I–III.
Article V
Transparency
- Weekly Founder Update: what shipped, what's in progress, what failed.
- Monthly LOVE Paper publication: one academic topic, 4 pages.
- Lessons Learned page: publicly acknowledged mistakes.
- No hidden fees. All pricing in public docs.
Article VI
LOVE Nation and land
- LOVE Nation NEVER owns land.
- The owner places a crypto-seal (license loop) on their land.
- LOVE Nation is the user; the owner sets the terms.
- Any land-based activity must be legally clean in its jurisdiction.
Article VII
Prohibitions (Code of Honor)
- Never a rug-pull. Never running with community funds.
- Never promises of guaranteed returns or token price.
- Never publicly naming individuals without a final court ruling.
- Never selling user data to third parties.
Article VIII
Ambassador & large-holder transparency
- Anyone publicly recommending LOVE purchases must disclose their 30-day net flow (buys vs. sells).
- Ambassadors may not publicly promote buying while net-selling — this is a structural boundary, not a judgement.
- Net buyers who quietly build are recognised and valued; net sellers who publicly promote lose ambassador status.
- The rule applies structurally (anonymously). Names are never disclosed publicly without a final court ruling (see Article VII).
- Coordinated buy/sell promotion in closed channels (WhatsApp, Telegram groups) is incompatible with LOVE ambassadorship.
Article IX
Constitutional amendments
- Amendments require a 30-day public debate.
- A 2/3 supermajority of active LOVA votes is required.
- Articles I and II (values and legal integrity) are not amendable.
- Every version is permanently archived on lovecoin.life/papers.
The constitution evolves through monthly LOVE Papers — academic articles grounding each article.
