    Legal framework. LOVE Hemp Exchange is a tokenization platform for industrial hemp (Cannabis sativa L., ≤ 0.3% THC) compliant with EU Regulation 2021/2115, the Slovenian Drugs Act and Criminal Code (KZ-1).

    This is NOT a parallel exchange, NOT a securities offering, NOT a medical product and NOT THC promotion. Every RWA token is a utility voucher for physical goods held by a licensed warehouse operator. Only verified growers, processors and business buyers with proper permits may participate.

    Four pillars

    All from the same plant. No THC. No misleading claims.

    Fibre

    Stalk and hurd for textile, paper, composites, insulation. Long, medium, short fibre as separate RWA lots.

    Seeds

    Hempseed for food and oil. Lots defined by cultivar, vintage and lab certificate.

    CBD ≤ 0.3% THC

    Only certified EU-cultivar extracts. No medical claims. Every lot ships with a COA (Certificate of Analysis).

    Hempcrete

    Building elements (blocks, plasters) for regenerative construction. Tied to production batches.

    From field to token

    Five steps. Each one audited, documented, traceable.

    1. 01

      Producer / processor

      Submit your permit (UVHVVR / EU variety list), COA and lot description. Legal entity or registered grower in SI/EU.

    2. 02

      Verification & COA

      LOVE Shield + independent lab verify identity, THC content (≤ 0.3%), weight, quality. No verification → no tokenization.

    3. 03

      LOVE Forge tokenization

      Lot is sealed as an RWA pre-order / voucher on Stellar. Minting capped to verified quantity. Custody: licensed warehouse.

    4. 04

      LOVE Flow trading

      Secondary trading among verified participants. Price feed from partner sources (Syntera, Wise-World). No public hype.

    5. 05

      Physical fulfilment

      Voucher holder redeems token for physical delivery from the warehouse, or receives USDL/EURL on settlement.
